If you registered as a conference attendee, you will be fully refunded. If you paid by credit card, please allow 7-10 days for the funds to be available in your account. If you paid with a check, please allow up to four (4) weeks for your refund to arrive due to postage delays. All room reservations must be canceled directly with Eagle Crest by calling (855) 682 – 4786.
