OREGON FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION |
The Oregon Safety & Health Section (OSHS) is established to promote networking and the sharing of information between Fire Service Health and Safety Officers and other Training, Safety and Wellness personnel in the state and nation.
This Section will provide technical guidance and recommendations to Oregon Fire Chiefs for development, interpretation and application of OR-OSHA occupational safety and health rules, National Fire Protection Association Standards, and other Safety, Health and Wellness issues that are applicable to emergency services.
The Oregon Fire Service enjoys increased health, wellness and safety for them and their families.
The Association accomplishes this as a Section of the Oregon Fire Chiefs Association through: leadership, education, communication, motivation and assessment.
