OREGON FIRE CHIEFS ASSOCIATION

Cancellation Policy:

A. The association will refund 100% of the cost of registration for cancellations requested 15 to 30 days in advance of the event.

B. The association will refund 50% of the cost of registration for cancellations requested 7 to 14 days in advance of the event.

C. Registration cost will not be refunded for cancellations requested less than 7 days in advance of the event or for those who registered and then did not attend the event.

D. Cancellation requests due to local, state,or national emergencies,or unforeseen family emergencies or illness,will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
