  • If you have been nominated to receive an award, please RSVP by signing up for the Awards Ceremony Luncheon. OFCA will cover the cost of lunch for the awards recipient.
  • Award recipients attend attend at no charge.
    Additional guests of the awards recipient may register here. Due to seating limitations, we kindly ask that each award recipient bring no more than three guests.
