DUE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF COVID-19 RESPONSE IN OREGON, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SPRING CONFERENCE HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL JULY 28 - 31, 2020.

If you still plan to attend Spring Conference, all existing registrations are valid for the new dates. If you have reserved a hotel room or condo at Eagle Crest, please call (855) 682 - 4786 to update your reservation.

If you have an existing registration and will be unable to attend in July, please contact our staff at ofca@ofca.org to request a refund. Hotel room or condo reservations must be canceled directly with Eagle Crest.

Now, for the first time, our exhibitors may select their exhibiting space directly. Booth selection opens on Monday, January 6th, 2020, and priority is based on level of sponsorship. We will make every effort to place exhibitors in the booth selection of their choice, however, please note that OFCA reserves the right to place or relocate any exhibitor based on what is best for the exhibit hall as a whole.
