DUE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF COVID-19 RESPONSE IN OREGON, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SPRING CONFERENCE HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR THE 2020 YEAR.

If you registered as a sponsor or exhibitor, there are three (3) options available to you. Please reach out to ofca@ofca.org to confirm your selection:

1. Make your registration a donation to the Oregon Fire Chiefs Association. You will receive a receipt of charitable donation to make your payment tax deductible.
2. You may opt to retain your spot for 2021. Your existing registration will be valid for our next conference, scheduled to take place April 27 – 30, 2021, at Riverhouse in Bend, OR.
3. You may opt to receive a full refund of your registration. If you paid by credit card, please allow 7-10 days for the funds to be available in your account. If you paid with a check, please allow up to four (4) weeks to receive a refund check due to postage delays.
