Sponsor / Exhibitor Ad and Logo Submission Guidelines

The deadline to submit materials is April 1. Email all media materials to Bridget Davidson at bridget@ofca.org. 

Bugle Sponsors (Five, Four, Three, and Bugle): 

• Submit 8.5 x 11 PDF ad for attendee brochure
• Summit Slideshow ad (16:9 ratio)

Wednesday Exhibitors and Apparatus:

• Submit half page (8.5 x 5.5) PDF ad for attendee brochure
  
• Submit logo to be featured during slideshow

Please note: Due to our print deadline, OFCA cannot accept any late submissions for materials.

Optional Raffle

We will have an optional raffle during the Exhibitor Showcase to help drive engagement and give you additional visibility with attendees. Here’s how it works:

• You provide a raffle prize of your choice.
• During the Exhibitor Showcase, you’ll have a minute or two at the mic to introduce yourself and your company while drawing the winner (also optional - if you don't want to speak - no problem! You can still provide a raffle prize and we can announce it for you).

Participation is completely optional, but it’s a great way to connect and showcase your company. If you’d like to participate, please email bridget@ofca.org so we can add you to the participant list.
